Aims and Scope
The Visnyk of the National Bank of Ukraine is the flagship research publication of the National Bank of Ukraine. Established in 1995 and reformed in 2015 as a peer-reviewed journal, the Visnyk has, since 2025, operated as a research paper series publishing both Working Papers and Occasional Papers.
The series aims to disseminate high-quality economic and financial research to the academic community, policymakers, and the broader public. It strengthens the NBU’s dialogue with scholars and practitioners by providing timely, authoritative analysis that advances economic thought and supports the formulation of effective monetary and financial sector policies in Ukraine and beyond.
